Therefore, we have listed down our policies regarding the handling of returns and warranty coverage for products purchased from us. Please take some time out before ordering our products to read the terms and conditions, enabling us to ensure a smooth customer experience for you.
Merchandise Return, Exchange and Refund
For customers trying to return a product, it is important that they first call our customer issue representative (no emails or fax) with complete details and reason for the return. Once the reason for return is confirmed as relevant by our customer representative, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and a return address. Shipping Damages For Items Arriving Via Freight Delivery
One Eyed Jack product received with shipping damages must be sent back to us, according to the Return Policy, at the shared delivery address.
A few things to keep in mind:
- The products must be new, in a re-saleable condition, and in the original packaging.
- If the product has been painted or sent with altered parts, One Eyed Jack reserves the right to refuse to accept the order.
- We reserve the right to reject all returns on non-defective products.
- If the item shows up damaged, it must be signed for as "damaged" upon delivery, or it won't be deemed as 'eligible for exchange.'
Some products might get damaged during transit. Therefore, customers are advised to inspect the packages immediately in the presence of the delivery associate.
Avoid signing the delivery receipt without proper inspection. If the package is damaged, sign the delivery slip "damaged" and ask the delivery person to sign the receipt as a confirmation of the damage. Keep all the boxes and other packaging materials as they may be subject to inspection by the carrier and call One Eyed Jack within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the damage claim being denied.
Duties and Taxes for International Shipping**
Any International Order which is processed or confirmed once cannot be cancelled. Due to the nature of international shipping, the customers have to bear the additional import duties levied by the government authorities once a shipment reaches the country. Furthermore, the imposition of import duties/taxes as well as rates vary from Country to Country and so we are unable to calculate the amount of the same in advance. We understand that no one likes products with obvious damage. So, if your product comes with obvious damages, you can refuse to accept it and the same will be returned to One Eyed Jack. Once we receive the faulty product, we will send a replacement without charging any additional fees.
One Eyed Jack offers a 3-day return period that covers every retail item we sell. If you are not satisfied with the design or the quality of your product, you can return it to us as per the return policy, within 3-days of receipt. You can send us an email to get the warranty and return policy information about additional manufacturer coverage.
In the case where you refuse delivery of items sent to you, the original shipping charges, the return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee (50% on special orders) must be incurred by you - and must be paid in full before placement of next order.

Please refer to the Merchandise Return policy above before returning an item for all items that have already been shipped. Please Note: Special order items cannot be cancelled.
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
- Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
- Decline of transaction for any other reason/s
All payments made against the purchases/services on Platform by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in India. Platform will not facilitate transactions with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Platform.
In case of an error, such as when your order or a part of the order has not been delivered, please send us an e-mail or call us on our helpline number with the complete details of the order. Our customer representative team will investigate the error and provide the best solution to resolve the issue at the earliest.
The pricing of products that include poker chips, cases, cards, accessories, and merchandise are subject to change without any prior notice. Furthermore, One Eyed Jack reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or a particular item within that order, if the price of that order is incorrectly listed due to an error. If such incidents happen, the customer will get a full refund.
Our primary target is always to ensure the provision of best services to our customers, ensure secure and speedy delivery of products. Therefore, we reserve the right to go out of the way and divide the orders into separate shipments, according to the availability of products. In any such case, One Eyed Jack will bear the cost of additional shipping charges incurred, if any.
