Returns & Cancellation

At One Eyed Jack, we always want to ensure the process of ordering and receiving your One Eyed Jack products a pleasant experience. Therefore, we have drafted a few guidelines keeping both ours and your convenience in mind. Please take a look at our Return & Cancellation Policy in advance to ensure you and us are on the same page.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At One Eyed Jack, we would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We will go out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, exchange or refund, here is our policy.

  • We will honor return, exchange and refunds on all One Eyed Jack products up to 3 days from the date of delivery. However, before approving any return or exchange requests, we will check the product for any damage. If the product is found to be damaged or not returned in original packaging, no exchange or refund shall be authorized.
  • All shipping charges incurred due to the return of the product (as long as the item is not being returned due to shipping damage) are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be properly packaged and should reach us in perfect condition.
  • In the event your product wasn’t packed properly for return, we will itemize damaged and manage the cost from the final refund value.
  • If you are initiating a return, please make sure the products are packed properly. Please notify us of the intentions of return/exchange by emailing us on captain@oneeyedjack.in

Duties and Taxes for International Shipping**

Any International Order which is processed or confirmed once cannot be cancelled. Due to the nature of international shipping, the customers have to bear the additional import duties levied by the government authorities once a shipment reaches the country. Furthermore, the imposition of import duties/taxes as well as rates vary from Country to Country and so we are unable to calculate the amount of the same in advance. Return Terms for Items with Shipping Damages

One Eyed Jack product received with shipping damages must be sent back to us, according to the Return Policy, at the shared delivery address. We’ll bear all the delivery and shipping charges in case the shipping damages are genuine.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • The products must be new, in a re-saleable condition, and in the original packaging.
  • If the product has been painted or sent with altered parts, One Eyed Jack reserves the right to refuse to accept the order.
  • We reserve the right to reject all returns on non-defective products.
  • If the item shows up damaged, it must be signed for as "damaged" upon delivery, or it won't be deemed as 'eligible for exchange.'

Some products might get damaged during transit. Therefore, customers are advised to inspect the packages immediately in the presence of the delivery associate.  

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your order, contact us at our helpline number +91 9582555755. Order cancellations done through e-mails or voicemail will not be processed. You may incur a 10% order processing fee if the order has been cancelled after the credit card has been charged. If the order was cancelled before the credit card was charged, you won't have to pay any additional charges.

Please refer to the Merchandise Return policy above before returning an item for all items that have already been shipped. Please Note: Special order items cannot be cancelled. 

How to File a Claim?

All refund, exchange and return claims require a documented account of the issue with pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to captain@oneeyedjack.in. Once that’s done, our customer service representative will write back to confirm the receipt and get any additional details within 3 business days. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.
